2. Key Characteristics of the Product/Service

The type of the ordered item (eSIM data package, flight/hotel/bus/train ticket, or car-rental booking), its scope, validity period and any conditions of use are described in detail on the relevant product page and the order summary screen, which the Buyer reviews before confirming the order.

3. Price and Payment Method

The tax-inclusive sale price is shown at checkout in the Buyer's selected currency. Payment is collected as a single charge via Stripe, iyzico or PayTR secure card payment infrastructure; there are no instalments or subscription-based charges.

4. Delivery/Performance Method and Timing

Digital products (eSIM) are delivered to the Buyer's account and email immediately after payment is confirmed. For booking services, confirmation is sent by email and shown in the account within minutes to a few hours, depending on supplier confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason; however, this right does not apply once a digital product (an activated/used eSIM) has been delivered and performance has begun with the Buyer's consent, or once a booking service has been confirmed and processed with the Buyer's consent. 6. Complaints and Recourse

Requests and complaints can be sent to destek@penyu.io. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, or, for EU-resident consumers, to ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Entry Into Force

This Pre-Contract Information Form is presented electronically before the Buyer confirms an order, and is deemed read and accepted upon order confirmation.
