🗒️General Setup Steps
Choose and buy the eSIM package you want on Penyu. The QR code is sent to your email instantly.
Check your inbox. Your QR code is waiting in the email titled "eSIM Delivery".
Open the Cellular or Mobile Data section from your phone's Settings menu.
Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan" and scan your QR code with your camera.
When you reach your destination, select the eSIM as your active line and turn on data roaming.
You're ready! You now have fast internet just like a local carrier.
💡 Important Tips
Wi-Fi or your existing SIM's connection is required to download the eSIM.
Your device must be carrier unlocked.
It connects automatically at your destination. Don't forget to turn on data roaming.
An eSIM and a physical SIM can be used at the same time (Dual SIM).
